Real Estate Auditor

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in real estate or a closely related field and three years of real estate appraisal-related experience; or,

A master's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in real estate or closely related fields may substitute for one year of real estate appraisal-related experience;

Designation as a State certified general real estate appraiser pursuant to rules of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is desirable, though not required.

Knowledge, experience, or course work in governmental auditing is desirable, though not required.
